3. Data Processing and AI

CognitionDesk uses advanced artificial intelligence and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology to power chatbots and process documents. Please note:

Your documents are processed by our AI systems using secure vector databases for intelligent responses
We use enterprise-grade, encrypted processing environments with advanced security measures
Document content is not used to train our AI models unless explicitly consented to by you
You maintain full ownership of your uploaded documents, chatbot conversations, and generated insights
Our RAG technology ensures contextually accurate responses while maintaining data privacy

YouTube API Services

CognitionDesk, a product of Mounaji Studio, uses YouTube API Services to let you connect your YouTube channel and manage it from CognitionDesk. By connecting a channel you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google processes your data under the Google Privacy Policy.

What we access and store

An OAuth access token and refresh token issued by Google, stored encrypted, used only to call the YouTube API on your behalf.
Your channel ID and channel name, to show which channel is connected.
The list of your videos and their public statistics (views, likes, comments), read when you or your assistant ask for it and shown to you; we do not keep a copy.
If you schedule publications in CognitionDesk, a record of each one (video ID, title and date), so you can see what was published from here.

How we use it

To upload videos, edit their title, description, tags and privacy, and set thumbnails — only when you request it or approve it. Before an upload you see the title, description and privacy setting, and nothing is uploaded without your confirmation.
To show you your channel and its videos inside CognitionDesk.
We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising or use it to train AI models.

How to revoke access and delete your data

Use Disconnect in the YouTube section of the CognitionDesk panel: we revoke the token in Google and delete the stored data at once.
You can also revoke CognitionDesk's access at any time from your Google Account security settings: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. When we detect the revocation we stop using the connection and delete the stored data within 7 days.
You can ask us to delete your YouTube data by writing to mounaji.studio@gmail.com; we delete it within 7 days of your request.
Data we keep from the YouTube API is refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.

4. Data Storage and Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information:

Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
Secure cloud storage with industry-standard protections
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Access controls and authentication mechanisms
